衆議院文部科学委員会、ハノイ工科大学を訪問/ Members of the House of Representatives Committee on Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Visit HUST
2026年9月3日、斎藤洋明衆議院文部科学委員長、盛山正仁元文部科学大臣、浮島智子元文部科学副大臣、青山周平元文部科学副大臣がハノイ工科大学を訪問されました。
訪問では、ハノイ工科大学と日本の大学との連携・共同研究について全体説明が行われた後、現在実施されている3つの共同プロジェクトから、それぞれの研究活動や成果が紹介されました。
当プロジェクトからは、山口隆司 長岡技術科学大学教授／INBERBONプロジェクト チーフアドバイザーとPhan Trung Nghia ハノイ工科大学准教授が参加し、プロジェクトの目的やこれまでの活動、今後の展開について説明しました。
その後、一行はハノイ工科大学ジャパンコーナー内のゴム科学技術センター・テストプラントを訪問し、Spray Drum Dryer（SDD）を用いたタンパク質フリー天然ゴムの乾燥実験を視察しました。
今回の訪問では、長年にわたるJICA SATREPSによる日越共同研究の成果に加え、研究活動を通じた人材育成や両国の研究ネットワークの形成について、実際の研究現場をご覧いただきました。日本とベトナムの大学が継続的に連携し、研究成果を社会につなげていくことの重要性を共有する貴重な機会となりました。
On 3 September, 2026, Hiroaki Saito, Chair of the Committee on Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of the House of Representatives, former Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Masahito Moriyama, and former Senior Vice-Ministers Tomoko Ukishima and Shuhei Aoyama visited Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
During the visit, an overview of collaboration and joint research between HUST and Japanese universities was presented, followed by introductions to the research activities and achievements of three ongoing joint projects.
Representing the INBERBON Project, Professor Takashi Yamaguchi of Nagaoka University of Technology, Chief Advisor of the project, and Associate Professor Phan Trung Nghia of HUST introduced the project's objectives, activities to date, and future plans.
The delegation then visited the Rubber Science and Technology Center’s test plant in the Japan Corner at HUST, where they observed an experiment using a Spray Drum Dryer (SDD) to dry protein-free natural rubber.
The visit provided an opportunity to showcase not only the achievements of long-standing Japan–Vietnam joint research through JICA SATREPS, but also the development of human resources and research networks through these activities. It was a valuable opportunity to reaffirm the importance of continued collaboration between universities in Japan and Vietnam and of connecting research outcomes with practical applications in society.
