ベトナム最大ゴム企業を訪問し、今後の連携強化へ― SATREPSプロジェクトの社会実装に向けて ―/Visit to Vietnam’s Leading Rubber Company to Strengthen Future Collaboration — Toward the Social Implementation of the SATREPS Project —

2025年8月8日、長岡技術科学大学の河原成元教授、東京工業高等専門学校の山本祥正准教授、ハノイ工科大学のPhan Trung Nghia准教授が、ベトナム南部ドンナイ省にあるVRG Dong Nai Rubber Corporation（Donaruco）を訪問しました。

Donarucoは、Vietnam Rubber Group（VRG）傘下の主要企業であり、研究開発部門を有する数少ないゴムメーカーのひとつです。自社プランテーションからのラテックス採取量は国内トップクラスを誇り、植林から加工・輸出までを一貫して手がけています。さらに、EU森林破壊規則（EUDR）に対応したトレーサビリティシステム^*を導入し、国際市場にも柔軟に対応しています。

今回の訪問では、ゴムプランテーションおよびゴム精製工場を視察し、ゴム生産の現場を確認しました。

今後は、SATREPSプロジェクトの社会実装を進めるうえで、同企業を含む多くの企業との連携を行い、技術協力や共同研究の展開が期待されます。

^＊トレーサビリティシステム：2024年末に施行されたEU森林破壊規則（EUDR）に対応するための仕組み。木材・ゴム・コーヒーなどのEU市場向け製品について、生産から輸出までの履歴を一元管理し、森林破壊ゼロとサプライチェーンの完全追跡を行うことで、事業者が製品の森林破壊や違法伐採との無関係を証明できるようにするシステム

On August 8, 2025, Prof. Seiichi Kawahara of Nagaoka University of Technology, Assoc. Prof. Yoshimasa Yamamoto of Tokyo National College of Technology, and Assoc. Prof. Phan Trung Nghia of Hanoi University of Science and Technology visited VRG Dong Nai Rubber Corporation (Donaruco), located in Dong Nai Province in southern Vietnam.

Donaruco, a key subsidiary of the Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG), achieves some of the highest latex yields in the country and manages the entire production chain—from planting to processing and export. The company has also implemented an EUDR-compliant traceability system, enabling it to meet international market demands with flexibility and transparency.

During the visit, the delegation toured Donaruco’s plantations and processing facilities to gain direct insight into its operations. Future collaboration with Donaruco and other firms will support the SATREPS project through technical cooperation and joint research.
