第2回タンパク質フリー天然ゴムのパイロット実験をハノイ工科大学で実施/ Second Pilot-Scale Experiment on Protein-Free Natural Rubber Conducted at Hanoi University of Science and Technology

2026年3月16日、ハノイ工科大学ジャパンコーナーのプラントにて、第2回タンパク質フリー天然ゴムのパイロット実験を実施しました。本実験は、2025年11月に実施した実験の成果をもとにプロセスを改良し、生産効率の向上と品質の安定化を目指したものです。

実験には、長岡技術科学大学の河原成元教授、東京工業高等専門学校の山本祥正准教授、ならびに長岡技術科学大学博士課程の学生が参加し、量産化に向けた取り組みを進めました。

今後もINBERBONプロジェクトでは、タンパク質フリー天然ゴムの量産化技術の確立を進めるとともに、産学連携を通じて持続可能な材料の実用化と社会実装を目指していきます。

On March 16, 2026, the second pilot-scale experiment on protein-free natural rubber was conducted at the plant facility of the Japan Corner at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). Building on the results of the experiment carried out in November 2025, the production process was further improved to enhance efficiency and ensure stable product quality.

The experiment was attended by Prof. Kawahara from Nagaoka University of Technology, Associate Prof. Yamamoto from National Institute of Technology, Tokyo College, and a doctoral student from Nagaoka University of Technology, who worked together to advance efforts toward large-scale production.

The INBERBON Project will continue to develop mass-production technologies for protein-free natural rubber and strengthen industry–academia collaboration to promote the practical application and social implementation of sustainable materials.
